The purpose of The Academy of Knowledge is to provide high school and college students some insight about college from a fellow student, not a for-profit, multi-million dollar company. True, this site makes some money, but all information, experiences, and recommends are 100% true and from me - Daniel - a fellow student. This site will provide you with honest suggestions on applying to college, financial aid, scholarships, and college life.
Currently, I’m a senior in high school. Throughout high school, I was falsely informed and misled about what I needed to do to get into the college I want. I suspect I’ve also been told of some less-than-true things about college. Come this fall, this site will be transformed from a site about college planning to a site that address both preparing for college and actually attending it.
